Eemaan Jalili ESQ ,CPA
Founder and President of Jalili Law PC and AICounsel.law, Eemaan is a seasoned attorney specializing in tax law, business litigation, and AI integration for legal professionals. A frequent presenter to respected legal associations, including the Orange County Bar Association and OC Paralegal Association, he combines legal acumen with deep expertise in artificial intelligence.
Eemaan holds a J.D. from UC Hastings College of the Law, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), holds CompTIA Security+ certification, and is fluent in English, Farsi, Spanish, and Japanese.
